These Terms govern your access to and use of Doggo Days. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

About the service

Doggo Days lets you generate animal-themed stickers from prompts and moods, and save or share them when you choose.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in.
You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and display it to operate the service.
You are responsible for public links you create and for sharing them only with people you intend to have access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Break the law or infringe another person's rights
Submit harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
Attempt to access another person's account or data without permission
Interfere with or abuse the service, APIs, or infrastructure

Third-party services and generated output

The service uses third-party providers, including Google for sign-in and OpenAI for image generation. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. Generated output may be imperfect or unavailable, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you use or share it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
